1. Returns and Exchanges

a. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the date of purchase.

b. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in unused, unopened, and resellable condition. Products that have been opened or used or unrefrigerated may not be eligible for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.

2. Return Process

a. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

i. Contact our customer service team at info@libertywagyu.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

ii. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

iii. Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation in the return package.

iv. Ship the product(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.

b. Customers are eligible for free return shipping costs in certain situations.

3. Refunds

a. Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will process your refund within 3 business days.

b. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

4. Exchanges

a. If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

a. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 1 business days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return or replace the product.

6. Non-Returnable Items

a. Certain products, such as personalized items or products marked as non-returnable, may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
