Liberty Wagyu is in the Wasatch Range of the Rocky Mountains. Our pastures and open spaces are anywhere from 4300-5300 feet above sea level. We are a family operation that started out as a hobby and a way to put food on our own tables. Now, admittedly it is turning into something a little bigger. We were continually getting requests from our extended family, friends and aquaintances to sell them beef from our farm. So we started to grow the operation and it has turned out some of the finest Wagyu beef that we are excited to offer to you.
